I'm passionate about helping people live their best lives, and supporting them with their healing, growth, and transformation. As a Professional Coach, certified with Integral Coaching Canada, I coach professionals and corporate leaders to successfully navigate change, achieve their life and career goals, and have greater impact on the organizations they serve. As a Change Management Consultant, certified with Prosci, I help organizations and enterprises transform themselves and achieve lasting results.
Throughout my career, I have coached, mentored, and led individuals and teams through large-scale organizational transformation. I have extensive experience managing projects and people, developing and delivering change management and communications strategies, and providing guidance to leadership teams.
On the wellness side, I've always been an avid fitness enthusiast, which led me to become a yoga instructor. I have both my Hatha RYT 200 and Yin certifications, and teach many different styles, including Power, Flow, Gentle, Hatha, Yin, Yoga Nidra, and meditation.
I'm also a Reiki Master/Teacher, trained in Usui Shiki Ryoho, which is the Usui System of Natural Healing. Reiki helps to heal mental, emotional, and physical issues in the body, and is a deeply relaxing and restorative experience. I offer Reiki sessions for your personal healing, and Reiki training so you can learn to do Reiki on yourself and others.
