My classes are designed to support you in reducing stress, building strength and flexibility, and cultivating a greater sense of balance and presence. I offer Hatha, Yin, Flow, and Yoga Nidra, with a focus on mindful movement, breath, and awareness.
My approach is grounded, accessible, and adaptable—whether you’re newer to yoga or returning to your practice. You’re invited to move at a pace that feels right for your body, without pressure or expectation.
These practices complement my coaching and Reiki energy healing work, supporting not just physical movement, but deeper awareness, nervous system regulation, and sustainable change in your life.
